Pros
I specifically want to work here because I read your company's mission and vision. I can readily see how my ambitions connect with those of the organization after learning more about it through social media. Nothing makes me happier than collaborating with like-minded people toward a shared objective, which is what drew me here.
Cons
VFS Global is a very potent company. The drawback, though, can have more to do with the people around the business than with the organization itself. People who do not desire advancement, do not want to grow, do not want to develop the abilities they have, do not want to stay in their comfort zones.
