Pros

Staying with my company for 10 years and counting was due to the knowledge imparted to me by the company. I enjoyed working with VFS and the opportunities they have given to me as an employee. My co -workers are also one of the reasons why I stayed and worked with them up until today.

Cons

There are challenges while working here like the negative people you're dealing with and sometimes there are mismanagement.

Cons

Requires a lot of multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Jumping between different topics and projects can be difficult at times.
