Many new initiatives, digital capabilities, pioneer in global visa business, new learnings, employee career growth, being MNC you get many new opportunities to explore new areas and learn new things, you tend to take complete ownership of the work which is positive

Cons

Work-life balance is an issue. Internal approval process is cumbersome and lengthy
