I appreciate working with VFS as I like my job profile. Processes are very well drafted and followed. Technology driven organization with just around 20 years establishment. Working with Client Governments is not an easy task and top management is doing very well. Operations team is really hard working and provide best customer service possible to all applicants. Support & Admin team always do something new to keep employees motivated and engaged

Cons

Due to data security & other Info security, lot of processes to be followed where some steps could have been avoided. Need to work on automation more to have speedy outputs and avoid manual work
