VFS has always placed there customer's and employee's interest on top of their priority list and have treated them with respect and at most care.

Cons

Its not really a con, but VFS surely needs to have more visibility (additional VAC's ) in remote areas which would save customers time utilized in travelling to VAC situated in a different city.

VFS Global is a work place that you could learn and grow. The management team is very supportive for innovation and novel approach to work. I have met people who are willing to share their experience and ideas with new joiners.

Good company to start in immigration

Pros

You learn a lot of the immigration processes needed for different visas.

Cons

It's not easy to get a day off given the amount of appointments a day. But I guess this depends on management and not the company itself.
