Pros

This Company has shaped many people's life and career. Has given opportunity to many people, broadened their horizons. Today after two decades of working I can say that what this company offers no one else can offer the same. It gives you the learning platform, engagement and opportunities to grow if you are with the right mentor and doing your job well and last but not the least the friends and co-workers that you will make along the way will last for a lifetime and you will keep missing them always whether you are in the company or outside of the company.

Cons

While everyone company has its own pros and cons I would like to cherish the pros only.
