Lovely job, appalling management

Pros

Quite interesting and intellectual work, learned a lot about different types of visas; brilliantly made website, very clear and structured; most of the times enjoyed communication with clients face to face.

Cons

Abusive and bullying line manager who practised unfair treatment herself and also encouraged her close circle to create an unhealthy, extremely toxic and disrespectful atmosphere towards others who did come to the place to do good work rather than jump on their back feet in hypocritical flattery.
