Good organisation with lots of growth opportunities and learnings for the right candidates. Working here will enhance your entrepreneurial, networking, leadership and many more skills. VFS gives its employees global exposure. Learning opportunities through the L&OD team is a great way for self development.

Cons

IT support for employees although is good but can improve with the ever changing IT scenario. Compensation to tenured employees.
