      Pros

      VFS is a great company to work with. I have been with the organization since last 10 years now. The company provides a lot of opportunities to grow within the organization. VFS also provides support to staff in personal educational growth as well. I would definitely choose working with VFS over other travel companies and will also share the same feedback with my external friends / clients.

      Cons

      VFS should look at changing their internal process related to vendor on-boarding, accounting process etc. The current process / policy is very exhaustive and the external vendors / clients are not happy with it. Though we are trying to move completely with automation, however we have still not given away with the offline processes.
