      1. Transparency in organization's Policy & Procedures at all levels. 2. Provides opportunity to work in different verticals within the organization. 3. Major attention towards the Leaning & Development of the Employees through all possible channels e.g. Online / offline classes. 4. Access to the Senior Management for all levels. 5. Staff at grass root level have easy / handy access to 'speak up' up to CEO levels.

      Cons

      1. Very fast moving organization hence slow paced will have few hindrances at initial level.
