VFS Global offers to work in a very diverse and global work environment. There is constant interaction with colleagues from various departments and external partners locally and globally. VFS promotes career development in every position with a very clear career path and opportunities for all levels.

Cons

In VFS Global you need to be very flexible and able to prioritize. There are new new projects on a constant basis which may need your full attention so it can become difficult at times to balance between your daily tasks and new projects.
