Pros

Nothing good to say about the company

Cons

Worked for so many companies in past, i have never worked with such a bad management within my career. Avoid the company unless you are very desperate for the job, if you are already hired and reading this, leave within a short span of time. Managers they don't care about you all. If you are hired for the IVAC then prepared for the worse as the managers they don't care and oh ya the applicant they will threaten you, scared you, shout at you, if you refuse to take an application due their own fault, i mean who does this in UK, me and my colleagues were threatened so many times by the applicant, when you report those incident to the management, the answer is oh this happenes everywhere, No it doesn't happen here in UK, Nobody has a right to speak like that, half of the people who works here are either stressed out with applicants or with managers. No health and safety and security at all. Seen so many applicants getting violent because they know that the VFS doesn't care about their staff. So much stress and anxiety for this low salary. Now the appointments. Increasing so many appointments with a shortage of staff, but no increment on salary, continuous work without having break, forget about the 45 minutes breaks, you won't get it, even though you get it its around the clock when you are about to leave home. No work life balance at no mental health wellbeing. Nobody cares about the staff. So many things i could say, but just stay away.
