job security and diversity is good

The managment is really bad . There was less support for the staffs during the COVID period.Staff insurance was cut down , tickets amount was cut down from giving every year now to giving every 2 years and no increment to the front line staffs for 2 years straight along with no holidays were able to carry forward to the next year . Cost cutting measures are extreme especially in Abu Dhabi.Less promotion in last 5 years in Abu Dhabi however all the managers were promoted and bonuses were given for their measures. staffs were told to work extra hours without proper payment . No open house conducted and most of the time staffs were kept in blind side
