Pros

Overall, a great place to work. Employee engagement, productivity, and commitment have all grown as a result of the company's diversified working environment. Notwithstanding all of the challenges the company has experienced as a result of the ongoing pandemic, VFS has demonstrated the importance of employee wellness. They took good care of each staff member and ensured that they were safe wherever they were in the world.
