Good environment. Supportive culture and offers freedom in taking decisions.Top management has respect for individuals and offers excellent work life balance. Company policies are the best and are as per industry standards.appraisals are fair..in short best work place. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the organisation.
