You’ll be familliar on applying visa.

Cons

Intern for 2 or 3 years then you become permanent. They don’t pay overtimes. The work are so stressful, most of your colleagues won’t bother to help you at all. They all care only for themselves. All the hardwork but they don’t appreciate you. They don’t take care of the employees and they terminate employees harshly.
