      No career growth and I felt like doing the same work of copying and pasting.

      Pros

      VFS offers excellent working environment and complete freedom to perform your KRA. The leadership style is great and the management is highly supportive. Opportunities provided internally are exceptional. My learning curve has been the highest here.
