      With over two decades in the corporate world, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life and across every level of business. My journey at VFS has been nothing short of transformative. Although my core role is in Operations, VFS has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge across IT, Finance, Admin, HR, and many other functions. This cross-functional exposure has equipped me with a diverse and powerful skill set that I might not have gained elsewhere. What truly sets VFS apart is its unwavering commitment to its people. Many companies claim to put people first, but VFS lives this value every day. I’ve seen it in action, and it’s one of the reasons I’m proud to be part of this organization. Working at VFS has upskilled me in ways I never imagined, and I look forward to continuing to grow with the company for many years to come

      I have noticed that almost every directive at VFS is Urgent and at times this can put staff under immense pressure. It would be good if urgent tasks are known and discussed in advance (where applicable) to ensure timeous resolution.
