Pros

Good employee engagement activities. Flexible timing policy is also very beneficial for women employees

Cons

The pay grade is very low compared to market competitors. Work pressure is extreme you end up spending 10- 11 hrs in the company. Manager recognition is very rare eventhough we have a R&R portal. Managers need to give recogntion to the employees more often.
