One of the best company in the world i'm very happy with work in VFS Global. Good management and giving good service.

Cons

Some time i'm not getting leave when i need. Because i'm working in 24/7 process other wise there is no issue with me.

Friendly atmosphere in the office, especially senior officers are very kind and helpful to their junior officers.

I guess salary must be upgraded also OT should be also upgraded (pay scale)
