Great working environment, wonderful company initiatives such as Wellness Days, special celebrations like Father's Day, Mother's Day, Africa Day, Heritage Day etc, community outreach programs to help and uplift and support local communities.

Cons

Work Life Balance is a bit stressful, especially with 2 toddlers.

I’ve had a solid experience at VFS Global. The work exposes you to multiple countries, government partners, and fast-moving operations. Processes are structured, and there’s a real focus on compliance and customer experience. Colleagues are supportive, and cross-team collaboration has improved over the past year. Workload can spike during peak seasons but planning and tooling have gotten better. Good place if you enjoy ownership, stakeholder management, and learning on the job. Would love to see continued investment in automation and clearer career paths across regions.

Cons

Change management/SOP updates sometimes lag operational reality. Peak seasons can be intense with extended hours/coverage. Cross-functional approvals across regions can slow decisions.
