The work culture of the company is extremely pathetic. If you someone within the company from senior level, you will be hired and grow as the speed of rocket, you don't need any real skills to perform the job responsibilities, as a management level the work experience or skills you will achieve will not help you to move on to another industry, The work environment and culture at all levels of management its definitely dominated by Politics Skills, Backstabbing, Pointing fingers and most important is to be a Good Puppy for your Boss, which are important skills that you needed in order to grow within the company.......
