Politics!!! unethical behaviours witnessed on a day to day basis, unqualified managers and head of departments. Rigid almost obsessive about dress code. Nasty and hypocritical people, scheming to get information out of you. Discrimination is accepted on the base of race or gender (no pakistanis). I have never worked in such an unprofessional environment. Positions are awarded on the base of who you are friends with or who you know at the Indian High Commission. They still put people through interview but will promote whoever they want regardless of skills

Everything. Salary is the worst in the market. If you are loyal to your work and you dont lick the managers bottom then it will be hell hole for you. They dont respect experience and they are just interested in taking new employees with a lesser pay. Thats the reason you will find no middle aged staff and thats why the company doesnt thrive. Big companies have always paid their respect or at least behaved well with the senior staffs unlike this excuse for an organization. The managers plan their moves and execute one by one . They are as partial as anybody can get and the most amazing thing is they think that no one knows what they are doing. Cosmetic smile and favoritism rules the management. Just because of the managers this company will never grow even though they are earning huge and all so called important but useless people sitting at the top are swallowing everything because according to them earning huge revenue is the only motive and thats the growth.
