Employees are expected to handle excessive workloads with no additional support, leading to burnout. Management lacks clear direction, leading to constant confusion and last-minute changes. Hard work is rarely rewarded—advancement depends on connections, not merit. Complaints about workload or unfair treatment are ignored.
