Working at VFS Global has been a rewarding experience. The leadership is deeply committed to the mission and ensures that we have the resources needed to support our government clients effectively. I’ve been particularly impressed with the professional development opportunities; the company actively encourages and facilitate obtentions of Security certifications & investigative skills. It’s a great place for anyone looking to do impactful work with a supportive team.

Cons

Because security is so tight, the onboarding process can be quite slow. There is a lot of 'red tape' and mandatory training modules that can feel repetitive, but it’s a necessary trade-off for the level of work we do.
