Pros
VMware is a good place to work if you are looking to get into a certain IT field. It is a nice place to learn new things and meet new people.
Cons
Depending on the department and management that you work for, your work could go unnoticed and you aren't always sure if your job is safe, especially if you're a contractor, which I wasn't.
