Slow to react to new trends; struggles with the Corporate status its in, Management must seriously reconsider how it deals with priorities

Competitive compensation, provides time to learn new emerging material on quarterly basis, is established in the market and acquisitions continue to drive great customer discussions.

Cons

Leadership has left the building! Many other roles filled with either ex-dell employees or diversity candidates that do not understand VMware. Major gaps in Product QA and ability to support customers in timely fashion. VMware's deal management team is terrible!
