Great Product with Great culture (at least until last year) Partners and customers know value and willing to invest Company HQ cares about culture and you to be successful

Local management is very unstable. They do not understand fully about the direction of HQ and product value. All they care is short term revenue pushing Sales and partners. Local revenue might seem firm, but not ready for long term business
