Pros
It’s a software company with historical success. Most companies today have a VMW footprint, which makes conversations easy.
Cons
No innovation. Companies are moving to cloud natively and abandoning VMW, which is eroding the on prem vSphere footprint. Horrible leadership, management has fallen to woke culture. They promote based on DEI and not performance or ability. It’s a constant battle to get paid on deals you have closed. Everyone is given a very similar sales number regardless of accounts. Only 30% of sellers make their number! High attrition rates, people are leaving is masses!
