Good but a little bit of micromanagement/lack of customer focus, inability to pay rep on some SaaS offerings.

Bringing in mgmt from other companies that are micromanaging in spreadsheets instead of enabling and supporting the sales cycle. Its not how can I help you close a deal, but provide me with 40 pieces of data for each product line in every account. A lot of time spent on admin, such as "pitch contests", which require an incredible amount of time to prepare for. As we move from perpetual to SaaS, several of us work on things for months that end up living in Azure or Google Cloud and not get paid on it as the program is not yet created.

Pros

An outstanding company focused on giving back to the community. Flexibility in both workplace and work schedule. While there are some upper leadership vacancies that need to be filled, the overall vision of the company is strong and I think that market is wide-open which should lead to the overall success of the company.

Cons

Senior management vacancies are taking a very long time to fill.
