The best job I’ve had in my entire career Really incredible leader ship and management. The amount of resources and the quality of people supporting me is incredible Compensation is about the best in the tech industry The company really cares about the employee experience and has benefits that exceed most technology companies

Cons

It takes some work and patience to navigate such a large company. VMWare is constantly acquiring companies and it takes some time to integrate all of these systems and process.
