Pros

Overall, a very friendly company with a great culture. Good salaries, benefits, and an overall great deal. Skilled, professional co-workers. Great products that customers rely on.

Cons

A tech driven company with less than optimal sales processes. Very hard to navigate sales processes internally. Not very agile. Also, for products that "doesn't sell themselves" there is literally zero marketing efforts. Managers can leave a bit to be wanted as we have too many management layers, and they are business focused and not people focused to a large extent.
