The open and collaborative environment makes AirWatch an easy place to work.

Cons

Many of the managers of the entry level positions are new themselves so you may see someone with less experience and expertise get promoted before someone exceeding quota consistently. Also, there is a great range in salary of many individuals performing the same job function and it seems to be no correlation between this observation and the individuals skill sets or past experiences.

Working at VMware enabled me to be part of a company that is heavily invests in cutting edge technology. They pay well and offer excellent benefits.

Cons

In the years that I have been here, there has never been any clear and consistent direction of our executive leadership for their employees. I believe that VMware is a cutting edge R&D company but does not have a strong record on execution. Our accounts are constantly in a shuffle and internal processes are poorly designed.
