Pros
- Good Salary - Initial Training program gets you a basic idea of the Product very well.
Cons
- Unlike the Dev team, if you are in PSO you don't have a clear purpose defined. - You hop on calls to solve customer issues to realize you don't know many things about Company's own Product. - There is no interaction between the teams in AW, Dev's despise QA and they in turn despise PSO. - If you are looking to learn more then PSO is not a team for you. Nobody encourages you to learn the whole stack but just enough knowledge to solve tickets. - Average team mostly convincing Customer that the problem is at their end rather than taking feedback and making a great product, Why ? Communication Gap between teams.
