      Pros

      You just need to get your work done that is what a company is concerned about.. Flexible timings, no stress. You have a Marriage leaves, condolence leaves, paid leaves upto 20 a year and of course indian national holidays.. isn't that great? at lease I find it very good :)

      Cons

      A bit less annual package provided compare to other same standard companies but no regrets when you have great and stressless work-life balance..
