      Pros

      Company is great overall from a benefits and longevity perspective. Decent products and great marketing.

      Cons

      Horrible management in the channel. No wonder Oracle Channel business sucked.... poor leadership. Americas leader too busy managing up the chain. No strategy and direction.

      Fast growing dynamic company presenting a wide range of opportunities. Also in a rapidly growing market sector

      Cons

      Not enough parking spaces for all staff and vistors being in the very centre of Milton Keynes. It would be great to be located somewhere other than MK.
