Work/Life Balance Front Line Management Some offerings are great ( VMC and WS1)

VMware has become a soulless company driven by the almighty dollar…they don’t give a crap about the individual…they use to but don’t anymore Sales has no voice or seat at the table…finance runs the show Head spinning turnover…from the C-Suite to BU to Sales…there are a few top performers left but that number shrinks every year Sales Commission Caps Lots of pretending that things are great and morale is up. It is neither of those things. Process on top of process and for process sake Horrific Communication from Sales Operations
