Too many to name. Benefits, culture although slowing changing (Thanks, Dell).

Cons

Hyper-focused on growth in emerging products. Tough for a longer sales cycle and quarterly commissions.

- Good Benefits - Good Product - Respectful CEO who cares about people

Cons

One of the newish manager's is on a mission to get rid of men from the company and hire females only. It's pretty evident in recent hiring decisions that preference is towards an "All Girls Club" style mentality. Diversity in the workplace is great, but when it's taken to the extreme it makes for a toxic culture. Speak to many ex VMware people who have left the company, and they will say this new leader is why they left VMware.

Socially conscious, supportive environment, great people to work with, strong leadership, amazing products, strong desire to move as a market leader.

Cons

Back end processes do not enable success, frustrating sales process that also frustrates customers. Disconnect between customer outcomes and sales objectives.
