Pros

Great culture of teamwork and taking care of employee. Everybody is ready to help and be helped. Lots of spaces for growth in different paths within the field. Grow and career encouragement is very much part of being at VMware.

Cons

Due to recent purchase by Broadcom, lots of rumors and unknown-reason cut-offs on items due to budget has created certain instability. International Commercial is a bit overlooked and lacks some support for the requested success leadership is demanding.
