Business Outlook
Pros
- Compensation is great if you are outside the valley - Lots of training opportunities - Very put together from a corporate standpoint, if you are looking for something cookie cutter like that - Easy to switch onto a different team
Cons
- Very mature tech business, things can feel entrenched in 'the process' - You might get silo'd into working on a individual product - Very little growth at the moment, don't expect to get into management easily
