      External learning/training is encouraged and paid for, very high pay, autonomy, unlimited vacation, work from home anytime

      Cons

      Lack of accountability, no clear strategy from the top, not a design-focussed company.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great. Compensation and benefits is pretty good as well. Company matches 401k contributions 100% up to $1500 per month.

      Cons

      Company is starting to go down. A lot of projects are getting cancelled or suspended. UX management has no idea what it wants to achieve, so the team is all over the place.
