RnD and innovation focused work on disruptive & latest market leading technologies. Good work-life balance. Awesome teams, colleagues & management. Great perks, benefits & compensation along with one of the best work environments and infrastructure. Employees are valued, flexible work hours with remote options and lastly, work culture is very good.

Cons

Communication between teams if often slow. Integrations for developer productivity are comparatively less.

Cons

Most of the time, stuck in US time calls . Most decisions are made in US and you have to sometimes fight , argue and beg to suggest some changes to decisions already made to product. Politics between various products management is good to abolish for the good of company
