They have good compensation program.

Cons

Identity politics is embedded in the company's DNA. If you are woman with mediocre knowledge in IT, your place is VMware. You will be glorified and promoted. You can even skip promotion positions. If you are part of LGBTQ+ community and you get hired, you will be put on first page on the company's internal page for months.
