You get all the perks you might expect, health insurance, gym membership, occasionally business trips to other branches. There are many interesting projects.

Cons

Its hard to switch between projects, if you already have some valuable experience with codebase the management will be reluctant to move you. Vmware is transitioning to devops and much more productive engineering process, but they are not there yet...
