Pros
Dynamic company with a good reputation with customers. Decent benefits although not the best. Reasonably supportive of hybrid working although it does seem to vary by department so make sure you check for your area.
Cons
Might be COVID and the pandemic but the company does struggle in executing on decent work/life balance. Good messaging at the top that gets lost on the ground. Culture is not the best and does have a variable reputation in the industry. Like everything it will be down to the competence and sensibilities of your direct manager
