VMware has been the best company I've ever worked for. The corporate culture and EPIC values have been integrated and the environment is one of trust, professionalism and customer first. The pending acquisition may change that. There is a lot of anxiety about the company culture suffering as a result.

Cons

I have not experienced any Cons since working here.
