Employees make you feel equal to them rather than like an intern, giving you meaningful work. I very much felt like a member of the team. I knew that my work actually had an impact on the constant forward development of Airwatch, which not many interns can say. The corporate culture is also enjoyable. There are many smart young professionals that, for me, provided a way to ask questions about my future career and what my next step should be. They also have professional panels in which the higher-ups come in and give their career stories and insight on how their beginnings went. It was very helpful.
