Within the team I was on;
-Productivity assessment software that looked for no movement or actions on your work machine within an unknown timeframe. This occurred despite being in a role that did not fit a specific daily work schedule. (It appeared to be related to a distrust of remote people)
- Management was not effective in communication. There seemed to be more of a focus on appearing to "care" versus actually tackling tough issues and difficult tasks. Meetings and collaboration efforts seemed more like a show versus a real effort. The management team that I worked with just seemed very inexperienced, but they were good at making and reading presentations.
