Good salary and stock options. Flexible timings. Lots of fun activities. Administration is good. Opportunities for taking up different types of training.

Cons

Only management and control plane work is done in Pune. No core or system/platform work for Pune teams. There is a layer of managers who are only interested in employees with their level of experience and who have worked with them in previous companies.

Get to play with new tech Some intelligent people to interface with Big ideas Allowed to work from home Management can be very hands off if you're good at what you do Advancement if you rub elbows with the right people

Cons

Company is run like a startup (not in a good way) Management is delusional and out of touch with end users and customers Technology is falling behind open source (Openstack, Cloudstack) Company is disorganized Engineering documentation is difficult and sometimes impossible to locate easily Zimbra is a terrible email system - Migration to Outlook in progress No consistent communications platform - Some individuals use Skype, some use Hangouts, others Lync... People are scattered all over the world which add complexity to communicating efficiently Work hours are longggggggggg - 12 hours daily is the norm here Impossible to take PTO as there are always multiple projects in flight
