      It's not as good as it once was

      Pros

      2-3 years ago I would've given 5 stars across the board. VMware was very employee oriented. I bragged as often as I could about how happy I was to be a part of such an innovative company with such supportive management. Work/Life balance was a concept I had never heard of and the growth opportunities were limitless.

      Cons

      Cash flow business model. That's the only thing that seems matters now. Not the years of hard work people have put into that company. Culture and values used to be important. Guess that's just the nature of the beast. They've really grown to embrace the devil that is Corporate America. I think it is safe to say that it won't be getting better any time soon.

      Pros

      Benefits and great engineers in the office

      Cons

      Office location is horrible, culture is getting a big hit and EPIC2 values are not there... New management is destroying the company and our products are getting less competitive (with a few exceptions). Customers are getting half-baked products and paying a fortune for it. Support by junior engineers is provided out of low-cost geographies.

      Very famous company and product in the market Rapid change and growth of enterprise mobility Integration with VMware and its End User Computing portfolio

      Cons

      Horible management team and less efficient process and hierarchy Poor quality of product especially lots of degradation of each release Hard to catch up with technology tolend due to location of Atlanta, too far from SF Bay Area
